Help & Support
Questions, bug reports, account problems, or feature ideas — here is every way to reach us, and answers to the things people ask most.
Contact us
Email is the fastest route for anything account-specific: sign-in trouble, a score that looks wrong, a purchase that did not apply, or a deletion request. Tell us your username or the email you signed up with so we can find your account.
We read every message and usually reply within two business days. You can also write to us directly at kentang.developer@gmail.com
Report a bug or request a feature
The Discord server is where bugs get triaged fastest, and where feature requests get discussed with other players before they get built. When reporting a problem, it helps enormously to include:
- What you were doing — which mode, and whether it was on the web or in the mobile app.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser (or the app version, shown at the bottom of Settings).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to play?
No. The Daily Challenge, practice drills, and every training mode work without signing in, and your progress is kept on your device. An account exists so your streak, stats, and leaderboard placement follow you between devices — and so a lost phone does not mean a lost streak.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will remove your profile, run history, and leaderboard entries. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so we will confirm once before we do it. Guest progress is never on our servers in the first place — clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes it.
Why is my score different from someone who solved the same problems?
Scoring rewards accuracy and speed together, not raw completion. Every contest — the daily and every match — is generated from one seed and scored on the server, so two players anywhere in the world get exactly the same problems in the same order. If a score still looks wrong to you, email us the date and mode and we will look at the run.
My streak reset even though I played. What happened?
A streak advances when you finish that day's Daily Challenge, and days roll over at midnight UTC rather than in your local time zone — so a late-night session can land on the next day's contest. Starting a daily without finishing it does not count. If you finished one and the streak still dropped, send us the date and we will check the record.
Can I play without an internet connection?
The mobile app's practice modes work offline and sync when you reconnect. The Daily Challenge is scored on the server so that everyone's result is comparable, which means it needs a connection — offline, the app falls back to unranked practice.
How do I remove ads?
The mobile app has a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads permanently. If you have already bought it and ads are still showing, open Settings and use Restore Purchases first; if that does not work, email us with your store receipt and we will sort it out.
